Implementation Overview

The LMR implementation process will migrate your physicians and staff from a paper system of managing care and documentation to an automated one. A great deal of time will be spent during implementation on activities such as chart conversion, hardware decisions and acquisition, workflow analysis, configuring the system, and training. Obtaining a clear sense of the implementation process is critical. The illustration below describes the implementation process as a phased project that begins with the Getting Started phase at contract signing, and ends with the Support phase after the practice is fully live on the LMR. Significant milestones are labeled.
