For BWH users
You can access the application from any computer with a high speed internet connection. On your first log-in, use your current User ID and password. You will then be prompted to change your password for future log-ins. You will now have two passwords – one to login to LMR through LOTI, and another to sign while in the LMR application. Whenever you change your LOTI password, you will be changing your password to "login" to LMR through LOTI only. You will not be able to change your password (key) to "sign" while in the LMR. For Community users
Access to LMR Over the Internet is granted on a per user basis by Partners HealthCare, Inc. To request access to LMR Over the Internet, please access the New User Registration form and follow the instructions. Please note that a signed LMR contract and approval from your practice’s Super-User are prerequisites to gaining access. Once you are provided a User ID and password, you can access the application from any computer with a high speed Internet connection. On your first log-in, use the User ID and password assigned to you. You will then be prompted to change your password for future log-ins, though you will continue to use your Partners password to sign within the application. Help Desk: 781-433-3757
